Highland Estates has received approval from the Town of Southbury, Connecticut for an (11) lot residential subdivision. This subdivision is situated on 26 sylvan acres on Rt. 188 in Southbury (just south of Interstate 84 at exit 16).

As a result of this approval, Highland Estates is happy to announce the start of construction of its new residential project Highland Estates Phase I.
